Costa Verde
Cannone's second film here, and the one that makes the case for the whole form: Corsica in the nineties, rendered in overexposed, sun-bleached, imperfect images — the exact opposite of what generative video is usually pushed towards. What starts as a child playing with a camera becomes a record of small wonders taken entirely seriously, because at that age they are.
