Ancestra
During an emergency delivery, an expectant mother draws on the strength of the women who came before her, from past matriarchs to dying stars, and turns that love into a force that can save her daughter. McNitt built it from her own family archive and her mother's memory of the day she was born. Live-action performance is mixed with Google DeepMind's generative tools, with over two hundred artists and filmmakers working on it. It is the first of three films from Darren Aronofsky's Primordial Soup.
