Le Drip
A painterly French-language short that follows a fish through its final day, in living oil paintings with visible brushstrokes. The idea began as a pandemic-era screenplay by Jessie Hughes, and two Runway Gen:48 winners who met at a Google Flow residency built it shot by shot in a node-based workflow. The directors say story, performance, sound design, colour and art direction were all decided by people.
